Whether you need help transforming a difficult relationship, or managing stress and anxiety, or changing negative self-beliefs, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment for you to explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviors. I will help you increase your self-compassion, get your goals back on track, and build a better relationship with yourself.
I use emotion-focused therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion which means that I will help you to better understand the emotions you are experiencing and how they influence your thoughts and behavior. I will coach you to handle difficult thoughts and feelings with self-compassion and understanding, helping you reduce self-blame and criticism and teach you to motivate yourself with encouragement.
