Whether you need help transforming a difficult relationship, or managing stress and anxiety, or changing negative self-beliefs, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment for you to explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviors. I will help you increase your self-compassion, get your goals back on track, and build a better relationship with yourself. I will work with you to create the change you want to see in your life.

I use emotion-focused therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion which means that I will help you to better understand the emotions you are experiencing and how they influence your thoughts and behavior. With Mindful Self-Compassion you will learn how to handle difficult thoughts and feelings with compassion and understanding, reduce self-blame and criticism and learn to motivate yourself with encouragement.
